At Desert Jewelers, we are committed to delivering your jewelry safely and on time. Please review our shipping policies below.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.
Custom pieces, repairs, or special orders may require additional processing time, which will be communicated to you at the time of purchase.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:

Note: Shipping times may vary based on destination and carrier delays.
3. Shipping Carriers
We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS. All packages are fully insured and require a signature upon delivery for security purposes.
4. International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping. If you are located outside the U.S. and are interested in our products, please contact us directly to explore options.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track the status of your shipment through the carrier’s website.
6. Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Due to the high value of our merchandise, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please use a physical address where someone can sign for the delivery.
7. Delays & Lost Packages
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. If your package is lost or delayed, please contact the shipping provider with your tracking number. We're happy to assist in initiating a claim if needed.
8. Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, do not open it. Please contact us immediately with photos of the box and we’ll coordinate with the carrier and insurance provider to resolve the issue.
9. In-Store Pickup
Local to Las Vegas? Select Free In-Store Pickup at checkout. Orders will typically be ready within 1 business day. We’ll contact you when your order is ready for pickup at:
